Through the Integrity Program, we managed to implement a system of checks and balances that allow us to avoid waste, fraud, abuse, discrimination, and other practices that interrupt operations and expose the company to risks that are not consistent with our values.<\/p><p>Our Integrity Program is integrated into all compliance efforts across Juparan\u00e3, from managing external regulations and internal policies to comprehensive employee training.
